King’s Improvement Science is recruiting five postdoctoral fellows

Closing date for applications: 11 February 2016

King’s Improvement Science, part of the CLAHRC South London, is recruiting three postdoctoral research fellows and two senior postdoctoral fellows. All five posts are three-year fellowships supported by Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity and the Maudsley Charity. The fellows will be employed by King’s College London and supervised by senior researchers who are part of King’s Improvement Science and/or the NIHR CLAHRC South London implementation science research team.

Researchers at King’s Improvement Science work with healthcare professionals to improve services at King’s Health Partners NHS organisations. The successful candidates will work on an improvement/implementation science project – either a project already proposed by King’s College London researchers involved in King’s Improvement Science or the CLAHRC’s implementation science research team, or a proposal of their own.

The senior fellows will also teach on the CLAHRC South London’s MSc in Implementation and Improvement Science. As well as undertaking their own research, the senior fellows will supervise the research of master’s students studying on the MSc.
