Challenges Faced by Adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions Identified by ‘Mental Health Champions’ Video Series
In partnership with a steering group of adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASCs) who have experienced mental health problems and suicidal thoughts and behaviours, a video series has been created that explores some of the challenges faced. The key theme for the videos, “What would you like your GP to know?”, intends to provide a greater voice to people with ASCs who may be experiencing distress, and is aimed at raising awareness among GPs and other primary care staff.
