Exciting vacancy for a new Atrial Fibrillation (AF) Programme Manager
EAHSN has an exciting vavancy for Atrial Fibrillation Programme Manager. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the programme of work, promoting and supporting organisations to adopt a Quality Improvement (QI) approach to their improvement projects, to reduce AF-related incidence of stroke. Working with CCGs and GP Practices to support their local projects, contributing to a regional improvement programme. The post holder will engage with other AHSNs through the national AF Community, participating in virtual and face-to-face meetings, to share and spread learning. As part of the Improvement core team, Programme Manager will ensure cohesion with the wider Improvement portfolio, which includes the Patient Safety Collaborative (PSC).
