Older Persons Fellowship For Nurses and Allied Health Professionals NOW RECRUITING FOR 2018

The application process for the Older Persons Fellowship, which is funded by HEE and delivered by King’s College London is currently open for the 2018 intake.

This is a 12 month Fellowship, with students attending King’s College London once a month, with some overnight residentials.
The Fellowship is structured around two Level 7 MSc modules consisting of face-to-face study days and self directed online learning. The course is part of the MSc Advanced Practice, delivered by the Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery & Palliative Care. On successful completion of the Fellowship, students exit with a Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Practice (60 academic credits.)

They are seeking to recruit clinical nurses and Allied Health Professionals (AHP), from across England, who currently work in older person’s services in the community, primary care, acute or social care, mental health, hospice care or voluntary sector.

Applicants should already have specialist knowledge and skills in working with older people, as well as experience and responsibility for decision making at a senior level in their organisations.

The deadline for applications is 19th November 2017.
