i4i Connect opens for applications from SMEs
The Invention for Innovation (i4i) Programme launches the second round of its Connect funding stream for SMEs on 7 August, following an effective pilot last year.
i4i Connect is suitable for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in need of funding to reach the next stage in the development of their invention. Offering between £50,000-£150,000 over a 6-12 month period, it aims to help SMEs prepare to apply for further funding, or to support projects at any stage of translational development, to further de-risk them for follow-on investment.
