Chief Allied Health Professions Officer’s Awards 2019 – open for applications

The Chief Allied Health Professions Officer (CAHPO) Awards celebrate the contribution AHPs have made in supporting improvements in health, care and wellbeing and the impacts described in AHPs into Action.

The awards are open to all AHPs, student AHPs and AHP support workers working in publically funded services in England. Nominations can be made by individuals themselves, and by managers and leaders in respect of individual clinicians or teams.

Nominations deadline: 10 May 2019

This year the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) is supporting a brand new award – the AHP Research Impact 2019 award, in partnership with the Council for Allied Health Professions Research (CAHPR). AHPs play a vital role in the delivery of high quality, patient centred clinical research across the NIHR.

The Awards ceremony will take place on the 17 July 2019, at The Royal Society, Carlton House terrace, London.
