NIHR Academy Conference 2019 Registration now open!
19-20 November 2019; The Queens Hotel, Leeds
Registrations for the 2019 NIHR Academy Members’ Conference (previously the NIHR Trainees Meeting) are now open.
This conference will offer two days of career development opportunities, to hear from a number of inspirational speakers and get the chance to network with fellow Members. Have a look at the full agenda for further details.
The theme for the conference is ‘Entrepreneurship and Industry Collaboration’. Through the keynote address by Professor Chris Whitty (Chief Medical Officer for England (from October 2019) and Chair of the NIHR Strategy Board), panels and workshops, information about the benefits of involving industry partners in your research will be shared.
The registration site is now open for applications. Hotel accommodation (if required for the night of 19 November) along with refreshments and meals are provided.
Closing date for registrations is Sunday 13 October.
