An Introduction to Patient and Public Involvement in Research

This is an introductory workshop for practitioners, researchers and members of the public who want to take part in making research more inclusive and meaningfully engaging.
Participants will have the opportunity to :
- hear from academics, patient and public representatives and experts by experience talk about their stories of being involved in research, teaching and service user involvement
- make new connections
- find sources of information
- learn how to involve and how to become involved
