CLAHRC EoE Capacity Building Workshop: Norfolk

Are you interested in developing a career in health research?
As part of the CLAHRC East of England Capacity Building stream, CLAHRC is holding this workshop on how to become more involved in health and social care research. From opportunities to incorporating research related activities into your work, to getting funding to develop a research career, the workshop is suitable for anyone wishing to find out more about how to access funding and support from CLAHRC.
During the workshop there will be time to discuss the opportunities that are available and to find out about what is involved in making an application. You will also hear from a range of speakers including:
- Former CLAHRC fellow who has received CLAHRC support to learn about research and complete a project relevant to their work
- NIHR Research Fellow currently half-way through a health research doctorate
- CLAHRC EoE Leads of the Capacity Building Committee and the Fellowship Programme
- NIHR Research Design Service Associate Director
Who should attend? NHS clinicians, practitioners working in social care interested in how research can make a difference to the people we work with, researchers wanting to develop their career to become research leaders
