What is planned for the day?

This is an exciting opportunity to share progress, review achievements, challenge, and discover improvements to frail older people’s health and social services within our region.

Workshops and networking

The learning event includes practical workshops providing an opportunity to develop skills in measurement, MDT team working, implementing patient led interventions to improve patient experience and how to use QI planning tools.

The event will provide delegates with space to forge connections and exchange ideas with others involved in local and regional initiatives.
