Clinical academics bridge the gap between the NHS and academia and help organisations to recognise and address research questions that are relevant, and support staff and their patients to use evidence effectively to continuously improve care. Future clinical academic leaders are central to the NIHR’s vision for improving the health and wealth of the nation; this webinar will provide help and guidance to current and aspiring clinical academics who wish to promote clinical academic careers in their organisation(s).
