School of Health and Social Work 6th Annual Research Conference 2018

Tuesday 19th June 2018, University of Hertfordshire, College Lane Campus

This year the Plenary Speaker is Dr Phillip Smith, a visiting UH Professor and Associate Director Research and Development for the ENH NHS Trust. His talk is entitled ‘Excellence in health research is based on excellence in governance’.

The day will showcase high quality post-graduate research on health and social care topics from across the University, either through an oral paper or by poster presentation.

The final speaker is Dr Jane Padmore, Executive Director Quality & Safety (Chief Nurse), Director for Infection Prevention and Control and Senior Clinical Fellow at University of Hertfordshire who will talk about ‘The importance of postgraduate research in enhancing health and social care practice’ and present the poster prize.
