Deborah Hunt

Deborah is a Consultant Clinical & Forensic Psychologist. She has worked clinically for the NHS since qualifying in 1986. She has worked in community and secure/prison services with people with learning disabilities and mentally disordered offenders. At present Deborah works for CPFT as part of the Intensive Support Team Peterborough (Adults with Learning Disabilities) and Adult ADHD Service. She provides consultancy to the Prison In-Reach Team at HMP Peterborough. Deborah’s interests include staff training and development particularly in the areas of clinical risk management and leadership skills. She is an NHS 360 Feedback Facilitator for the Leadership Academy. Her project examines the factors responsible for the breakdown of placements and “revolving door” admissions for a sub group people with LD and behaviours which challenge returned from out of area to live in Peterborough by the IST. When not at work Deborah enjoys baking and travel.
