Dr Mike Radford trained in medicine at Cambridge and Oxford graduating in 2000. After house officer posts in Oxford and Chelmsford he completed his GP training in Chelmsford in 2004. He became a partner at Tennyson House Surgery, Chelmsford in 2005 and has been a GP trainer since 2010, regularly teaching medical students within the practice Mike joined the University of Cambridge Primary Care Unit in September 2015 as a CLAHRC Primary Care fellow and worked on the NIHR funded MelaTools programme which aims to improve timely diagnosis of melanoma by researching the use of skin self- monitoring apps by smartphone users.
